You will be led to a page after login on which you can add your site for reCAPTCHA.
You will see another screen if you registered a Google reCAPTCHA website in the past. To register a new website, simply click on the Plus symbol.
Type in the label field the name of your domain. It is for your own convenience, and if you ever wanted to get the keys again, you can go to the page and retrieve the keys again.
Then choose the reCAPTCHA form that you would like to add. We will choose reCAPTCHA v2 from this example and then the check Box “I’m not a robot.”
You will then need to add the domain of your website, like example.com.
Click on the Submit button to submit your website.
Second, you’ll see a website-key page and your website-secret key.
Copy and return to the WPForms » Settings page and main site key. Under the reCAPTCHA settings, paste your website and hidden keys.
To save your changes, press the Save Settings button.
Phase 3: Fill in the reCAPTCHA form

To enable reCAPTCHA in the simple contact form you created earlier, go to Settings » General in the form editor.
Underneath, click the box next to Enable Google Checkbox v2 reCAPTCHA.
